Wednesdays @ 6:30 PMSelf-Myofascial Release: SMR is an excellent way to improve the flexibility and suppleness of a muscle. It may also reduce muscle pain, tightness and trigger points which can restrict or inhibit movement of the muscle.

Equipment Needed: 36” Foam Roller. E-Mail Alicia @ layitdown.fn.cntr@gmail.com to order one before your next class. Or, please feel free to purchase a roller based on the firmness you like. If you are new to Myofascial Release or have injuries, I recommend a softer one.
