Healthy Foods List: In The Maker’s Diet, there are 3 Phases.

  • Phase 1 is very restricted in order to cleanse the body of toxins, help balance hormones and sugar levels, help the body heal and deal with health issues and to lose weight.  
  • Phase 2 is still restricted, but some new food items are added in.

Top Ten ANDI Scores:  ANDI stands for “Aggregate Nutrient Density Index.” An ANDI score shows the nutrient density of a food on a scale from 1 to 1000 based on nutrient content.
