Class Schedule

Class Reservations may be made three (3) days prior. For ALL Group Fitness and Yoga-Pilates Fitness classes, please bring a mat, towel, and water.

To view the current Group, Yoga-Pilates, and Zumba Kids Fitness Class Schedules, please check this site regularly. *Class Schedule is subject to change without notice.

* NOT A MEMBER – FREE Class Trial includes ALL Group and Zumba Kids Fitness Classes, Nutrition/Cooking Demos (as marked), and CrossFit 101 (does not include Yoga-Pilates Fitness). Click ‘Try It FREE’. Then, select the Group Fitness Class you would like to experience.

* ALREADY USED FREE TRIAL – Drop In to any of our Group Fitness Classes including the Nutrition/Cooking Demos (as marked), CrossFit 101, CrossFit (Experienced), Yoga-Pilates, and Zumba Kids/Kids Jr for only $15. Click ‘Drop In’. Then, choose the Date you would like to Drop In. After you click Next, follow the prompts to pay the $15 Drop In fee and select the Fitness Class you would like to experience.
