In our household it has been Pink Himalayan salt for a long time. Based on my research it has 84 trace minerals; is great after a workout to replace electrolytes; increases energy; and helps with thyroid function, adrenal, and migraine. One of our favorite recipes that we use daily is a drink we call Citrus Water. Please feel free to call it whatever you like but I hope you at least try it. It gives a refreshing twist to water. 1 Tbsps. fresh lemon juice or 2-3 drops organic lemon essential oil ****
1 Tbsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
1 Tbsp raw honey, real maple syrup or stevia to taste
1/4 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Mix all ingredients and fill the rest of the glass with water to equal 16 oz. ****Be creative as swap the lemon for whatever fruit, veggies, food grade essential oils, and/or flavored stevia you want. Just read the labels to make sure it is as pure as possible. My favorite brands of stevia are NOW, Stevita, and SweetLeaf. Please share if you find a good one you like.
