Stuffed French Toast

Stuffed French Toast 

Serves 4

8 slices of sprouted bread or gluten free bread
1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
Dash of ground cinnamon
Coconut oil for pan
Cream Cheese
Fresh strawberries, berries or other fruit of choice
Maple Syrup or raw honey for topping
Sausage or bacon on the side

Directions: In a bowl with flat bottom, whisk together yogurt, eggs and cinnamon. Preheat griddle or flat pan on medium heat. Put some oil on a napkin and lightly oil pan. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture and cook until golden brown. Spread a layer of cream cheese and sliced berries on 1 slice of French toast and top with a second slice of French toast.
